Steel Support 24 provides professional foundry consulting services including Process Optimization, Yield Improvement, Casting Defect Analysis, Root Cause Investigation, Mould & Gating Design (Simulation Based), Material & Alloy Selection (Cost Optimized), Quality System Setup (ISO & Standards), and Foundry Plant Layout (Efficiency Driven).

2. Contractual Engagement

All consulting services are subject to formal agreements defining scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, confidentiality obligations, and liability limitations. No consulting advice shall be deemed binding without a signed contractual agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All methodologies, reports, simulation models, technical frameworks, documentation, and website content remain the intellectual property of Steel Support 24 and BS Engineers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We process personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR (EU), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), and other relevant international regulations. Clients remain responsible for ensuring lawful transfer of any operational or personal data shared with us.

5. Confidentiality

All proprietary, operational, technical, and business information shared during consulting engagements shall be treated as confidential and used strictly for agreed project purposes, subject to contractual confidentiality clauses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steel Support 24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or production interruptions, arising from use of our website or consulting services.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for compliance with local industrial, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in their respective jurisdictions including India, USA, UAE, KSA, or the European Union.

8. International Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, regulatory changes, labor disputes, or force majeure events.

10. Amendments
